Poonam Kanyal
Poonam has completed her masters in English Literature. She has an extensive knowledge and experience in Customer On-Boarding, Client Relationship Management, Complaint Handling & Customer Retention.
Before heading ORITSO’s Customer Centricity Department, Poonam has worked with companies like Wave Group, Supertech & Godrej for more than 10 years.
She is responsible for maintaining the Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction Index to ensure the Brand loyalty and customer affinity.
Jitendra Awasthi
Jitendra Awasthi comes with more than 24 years of diverse experience in handling different departments with the Brands like HK Industry, Steller IT and VSoft.
As a Head of Sales at ORITSO, he ensures that the companies sales and collection target efficiencies are met. His key skills include maintaining client relationships, negotiation and prospecting new customers. He coordinates and monitors sales effort with the team and other department.
Vaibhav Bhargava
Vaibhav is a Cisco Certified Network Professional with a progressive IT experience in Fintech and Banking domain. He is expertise in Software, Network build outs, and Data Security, and also possesses Knowledge in Application Regulations and Standard Audit Procedures with responsibilities of mitigating
technical challenges with a focused and creative approach.
His Technical, Analytical Problem-solving and Collaborative skills make him a strong team lead to head ORTISO’s Project Implementation and Support Team.
Namrita Bhardwaj
Namrita is an Alumni of IIM-Ahmedabad, she comes with more than 12 years of diverse experience in handling different departments with the Brands like World Trade Centers, Trump Towers, ATS, Raheja’s & Godrej.
As a head of Operations, she mentors various departments to streamline the organization’s processes and ensure Efficiency and Profitability. She is primarily responsible to provide Sustenance and Growth to ORITSO by making Strategic Corporate Alliances based on Competitor Analysis, Consumer Behavior Analysis and Branding Strategies.
Mansi Mishra
Mansi possesses a strong knowledge and experience in Finance & Compliance domain. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Delhi, an alumni of Indraprastha College for Women, and a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant
Being the Head of Accounts, Finance and Compliance Team at ORITSO, Mansi wears multiple hats while performing her duties towards achievement of Companies Financial Goals. She has been ceaselessly contributing to ensure profitability and value additions in her department.
Nirmal
A Technology leader with 17+ years of experience with huge Expertise in IT Architecture/Infrastructure Design, Project Life Cycle Management, and Process Improvement Initiatives.
Nirmal has expertise over designing Enterprise Systems that facilitate Technological Strategic Objectives. Before heading ORITSO’s Technology and Development Department, Nirmal was associated with Organisations like CSC and FIS Global. He has an extensive global onsite work experience in the United Kingdom and People’s Republic of China.
